Welcome to Liev's Engineering Lab. This space is intended to show some of my interests in a way I can share them. Although civil engineering is my main interest (water infrastructure asset management and water+energy nexus), it is not the only one. I am also very interested in many other topics such as environment, sustainability, foreign affairs, science, math, philosophy, humor and some other issues.
